Hard work, a can-do approach, clear goals – with a mix of a great deal of inquisitiveness and pride – formed the foundation for the start of NOFI Tromsø in 1978. Today NOFI Tromsø is one of Tromsø’s largest and oldest industrial companies!

NOFI Tromsø is the keystone of the NOFI Group and an important cooperating partner for the other subsidiary companies in the Group.
At NOFI Tromsø our activities include net repair facilities for fisheries, design and production of oil pollution control solutions, floating jetties and equipment for the aquaculture industry. The company develops products in close cooperation with customers and our sales department is always available with support and expertise. In addition to our own manufactured products, NOFI Tromsø sells work clothing, personal safety equipment and crew gear to professional fishermen in our own over-the-counter store and online.

NOFI Tromsø has over 80 employees in production and administration. The head office and main production facilities are located in Eidkjosen on Kvaløya. In addition, the company has production premises at Hansnes in Karlsøy municipality, a sales office in Murmansk, Russia and an over-the-counter store in Tromsø.
