Through our quality policy and quality objectives, we want to highlight HSE and Quality Management as important prerequisites for our activities. Our employees are the company's most important resource and our goal is to create safe workplaces, where we focus on well-being and job satisfaction. By safeguarding and developing this resource, we will benefit the individual employee, our customers and partners for the good of NOFI Tromsø as a company.

Our aim is to fulfill our customers' expectations and needs. We shall actively and systematically provide feedback from our customers in order to define the correct quality of our products and services. When using NOFI Tromsø improvement, we register and process complaints, customer complaints and deviations.

We will systematically receive feedback from our employees so that we can, among other things, ensures safe workplaces and ensurescompetence development and mastery of work tasks.

Our quality objectives are reviewed and defined at least every year in the management's review of the quality management system.
